In order to be considered for this prestigious musical distinction, students must dedicate countless hours preparing a NYSSMA Level VI solo, selected from repertoire lists of instrumental and vocal music in the current edition of the NYSSMA manual. Among these select few include Daniel Liu, Tyler Turetsky and Jadyn Lee, representing the Roslyn High School bulldogs. This entailed a congregation of approximately 900 of the top NYSSMA scorers across New York.
